Except as noted In Comments, fresh-baked cookies were moist and chewy inside but crisp on the surface. Packaged, ready-to-eat hard cookies were crisp, crunchy, by somewhat dry; had moderate cookie flavor but didn't taste fresh-baked- and had Some-what slow-melting chips with generic Chocolate flavor. Packaged ready-to-eat soft cookies had moderate cookie flavor often with fruity off-tastes; and were somewhat moist and chewy.
